How to maintain the main transmission system of of glass tempering furnace?

The main transmission mechanism of the glass tempering furnace is the core part of the equipment, and the smooth operation of the main transmission mechanism is the fundamental basis for producing high-quality tempered glass in the tempering furnace;

1. Regularly observe the lubricating oil level in the main transmission reducer to maintain it in the middle position of the crankcase oil window;

2. The lubricating oil in the main transmission reducer should be replaced once a year, and it is recommended to use 30# or 40# engine oil;

3. The tension of the main transmission chain should be adjusted regularly. The method of adjusting the tension of the main transmission chain is to loosen the connecting screws between the main transmission motor and the base, rotate the limit screw, push the transmission motor to the appropriate position, keep the chain in a tight state, and then tighten the newly loosened connecting screws;

4. The lubrication of the chain at the main drive motor should be maintained once a week, and it is recommended to use N46 engine oil;
