Bi-direction combination flat & bent glass tempering furnace with various curvature

Lever serial flat/bent combination glass tempering furnace is a special plant used to produce the flat and bent tempered glass and thermal strengthened glass, which mainly used in the fields of architecture (doors, windows), garden fence, elevator, furniture, etc.

With force convection system, the Low-e glass could be processed, especially for soft (off-line) Low-e glass.

Special Features:

1. Ceramic plates installed at the top of oven, which could ensure more even heating, avoid dregs falling

2. Ceramic rollers system driven by triple belts, which can ensure better simultaneous and stable running, and avoid the scratch and destroy of glass when above the rollers. It would not affect the running when any one of belt damaged.

3. Same top quality insulating materials for whole heating oven

4. Heating elements use the gapless design (parallelogram shape), which could make the heating more even. This could improve the finished product rate and better product quality.

5. Using ceramic support for heating elements, which could avoid earth to avoid heater trouble

6. Upper and lower quenching could be moved separately, which is convenient to adjust the flatness of glass.

7. Quenching use whole overall folding.

8. More air in-let in quenching section, which guarantee more homogeneous air blowing.

9. Upper cover of quenching section could be lifted up and down vertically through cylinder,  which save place and easy for checking.

10. Glass position could be displayed onto the main interface

11. Intelligent design for glass coming-out from the quenching section, which could avoid crash in unloading section, and avoid that glass could not come out from heating oven.

Machine Main Features:

8. Heating section has a helix matrix structure, which can control the temperature of each area independently. Reasonable design and unique structure of heating elements make a long serve life.

9. The heating oven body is full closed and the Insulating materials are of high quality material with top performance which can ensure the power consumption to a minimum and the furnace temperature should be safeguarded uniform.

10. Advanced & specially designed high-temperature convection fans shall be applied in convection system to eliminate electro-magnetic vibration. And there is no need the water cooling system. Also, it is very easy to make the maintenance and repairment.

11. Fault diagnosis system for the heating elements.

12. We use only two connecting communication between the thermocouples and computer, which will avoid the interruption and make the temperature-measuring more exact.

13. The working condition of every thermocouple could be monitored automatically, and the warning will come out if there is any abnormal situation.

14. Adopting PID for temperature control, which has the better anti-interference function and higher temperature-control precision.

15. Equal three phase power consumption during automatic heating up period; avoiding phase no-equal during no-heating period automatically.

16. The fine-adjustment for oven temperature could be achieved by fine-adjusting the temperature of every heating element.

17. During the night, the furnace can stay at sleep mode around 500-550 degrees celcius and preheating takes place before the start of the shift in the morning so that the furnace is ready for production

18. The production process, temperature, time, air pressure, etc could be recorded. Therefore, testing production could be saved and production stability could be improved. Also, the production state in different batches could be tracked.

19. The machine has the history record and printing function. When glass come out from the oven, the computer will record the control parameters automatically for reference in future or pint them out.

20. Powerful operation prompt facility; if there is any wrong operation or fault, the dialog box will be called out to give you help.  

21. Preventive function for the wrong operation. The data which affects the system running has been restricted strictly. The different operator has the different access right to system setting.

22. Power monitoring function, the monitoring program could monitor most of the sensors.

23. Synchronous and asynchronous running of each section, reciprocating running of heating section and quenching section.

24. The operation is simple as the operator only needs to input the parameters into the computer.

25. The system is highly automated, manpower is only needed for loading and unloading glass at both ends.
