Working Principle and Operation Process
1. Structure:
It is composed of two sets of glass elevator, glass conveyor, electrical control system, pneumatic and vacuum system and etc.
Glass elevator is consisted of elevator reducer, tilting reducer, elevating device, tilting arm with cupules and so on.
Two sets of glass elevator are used at powder-cleaning section and glass sheets-combining section. The purpose is to move the upper glass away for cleaning & combining. The elevator frame is welded profiled bar structure. The screw-coattail slot at the elevator insure smooth and reliable movement. The speed reducer is précised aluminum alloy cover. And cupules are of multi-folds.
Glass conveyor is composed of frame, main driver, belt, tension parts, cylinder cupules and etc.. It conveys the glass exactly to each work-position. Worked together with glass elevator the paired glass can be cleaned and combined. The belt is imported high quality teeth-shape belt and with support parts. Cupules are specially designed with direction adjusting device, which can suck glass reliably.
Pneumatic and vacuum system is composed of electric-magnetic valve, pneumatic control valve, vacuum valve, vacuum pump, air cylinder and so on.
2. Working Process
Put glass on conveyor of the powder-cleaning section, the elevator, which equipped with vacuum cupules, lifts the upper glass, operator clean the silica powder on the glass surface with dust collector or clothes. After that elevator put down the glass to its original position and the conveying machine conveys the clean glass to the combining position inside the combining chamber. After glass arrives combining position, cylinders with cupules will automatically rising up and the cupules on it catch the lower glass and the elevator cupules suck the upper glass. Operators clean the glass and lay the PVB film on the lower glass. After laying the PVB film, elevator put down the upper glass and leave. Operators cut PVB film to size and cover the rubber rings to complete combining.
