How to inspect the glass tempering furnace before starting work after the long holiday?

After long holiday, and before glass tempering furnace running, especially during winter, pls check below things:

1. Please first heat up or ventilate the workshop to remove moisture and avoid electrical faults caused by condensation water.

2. The ground must be cleaned thoroughly before removing any dust from the equipment. Especially the dust on electrical control cabinets, UPS, etc. must be cleaned carefully (please follow the instructions on the equipment manual for cleaning). Pay attention to checking if the electrical components are damp. If there is any moisture, it is necessary to remove the moisture before starting.

3. Carefully check whether there is any damage to the circuit, whether there is obvious damage to various machinery, and whether there is a shortage of oil.

4. If the local weather is humid, please pay attention to moisture-proof measures. In case of thunderstorms, production must be stopped.

5. Ensure that everything is normal before powering on. For electrical drive products, they can be run at low speed for a period of time, and pre checked before normal operation. Only after confirming that everything is correct can they run at full speed.
