If the thermocouple of the glass tempering furnace malfunctions and does not heat up, the following treatment methods can be tried:

1. Check the thermocouple connection: confirm whether the thermocouple connection is loose or detached.

3. Check the thermocouple cable: Check if the thermocouple cable is damaged or broken. If damage is found, the cable needs to be replaced.

4. Measuring thermocouple signals: Use a multimeter or thermocouple thermometer to measure thermocouple signals. If the signal is very weak or there is no signal, the thermocouple needs to be replaced.

5. Check the thermocouple connector: Check if the thermocouple connector is contaminated or oxidized. If corrosion or oxidation is found, appropriate cleaning agents can be used to clean the terminals.

If the second zone of the glass tempering furnace is not heated and the end with electricity is not powered, there are the following problems:

1.check the heating elements:

first, check whether the heating elements in the second zone are working properly. Use a multimeter or resistance measuring instrument to measure the resistance value of the heating element, ensuring that they are within the normal range. If the resistance value is unstable or close to infinity, it may be necessary to replace the heating element.

2.Check wiring connections: Check the wiring connections between the second zone heating element and the controller. Ensure that the connection is secure and free from looseness or corrosion. If loose or corroded wiring is found, reconnect or replace the wiring terminals.

3.Check the controller: Check if the second zone heating controller is working properly. Ensure that the parameters and settings of the controller are correct, 4.and check if the power and circuit of the controller are normal. If the controller does not work, it may need to be replaced or repaired.

There is no problem with the thermocouple, but all solid-state relays light up red, but there is no electricity on this side. This situation is due to the following reasons:

1. power supply issue: Please check if the power supply is normal. Ensure that the power cord is connected correctly, check if the power switch is turned on, and check if the fuse is burned out. If other devices are connected to the same circuit, please ensure that the circuit capacity is sufficient to supply all devices. 2.Circuit fault: The red light of the solid-state relay indicates that its input control circuit is working normally, but the output circuit is not powered. There may be a connection or wiring malfunction in the output circuit. Please check if the connection of the output circuit is loose or disconnected, and see if there are any signs of circuit damage.

3.Setting error: Some solid-state relays may have setting parameters, such as delay function or output mode selection. Ensure that these settings are correct and meet actual needs.

If you replaced the temperature measurement module few days ago and it worked normally for a period of time, but suddenly the second zone does not work on the third day, the following reasons:

1. equipment failure: The newly replaced temperature measurement module may have quality problems or malfunctions. Please check if the module has suffered any physical damage, such as moisture, short circuits, etc. If possible, try using another reliable temperature measurement module for testing.

2. Wiring issue: Check if the connection wires of the temperature measurement module are loose or disconnected. Ensure that all connections are correctly and securely inserted into the ports of the relay or control system.

If your temperature measurement module has eight channels, and there is a problem with the upper eight channels while the lower eight channels are normal, there may be the following reasons:

1. channel failure: The upper eight channels may have a problem due to a sensor or circuit problem in one channel. This may require more detailed troubleshooting to determine which channel is experiencing the problem. 2.Power supply issue: There may be a power supply issue with the upper eight channels. Please check if the power cord of the upper eight channels is securely connected and if the power supply is normal to ensure that the channels receive the correct power supply.

3.Configuration settings: Different channels may require different configurations or parameter settings. Please ensure that the configuration settings of the upper and lower eight channels are consistent, and make corresponding adjustments as needed.
