These zebra crossings are mainly used to observe the flatness of tempered glass after being tempered. By reflecting images of the tempered glass on these zebra crossings, the waveform deformation of tempered glass can be evaluated. Operators can simply observe the flatness of tempered glass with the naked eye. And screen out glass that does not meet the standards in advance, thereby saving further testing time.

However, it should be noted that this method can only evaluate the relative deformation under the same conditions. We cannot compare 5mm glass with 10mm glass.

However, the results obtained from different observation distances are different. The further away from the zebra crossing, the more severe the distortion of the observed zebra crossing. So the distance for observing zebra boards is generally 5-6 meters, not too close or too far.

Moreover, the deformation of glass is also related to the flatness of the roller table under the glass tempering furnace, so it is necessary to analyze the causes of glass deformation in detail.

This type of zebra crossing is mainly used for observing flat tempered glass in buildings, and is not suitable for curved tempered glass, automotive glass, etc.
