The oven door system of the glass tempering furnace consists of cylinders, transmission shafts, tension springs, pull rods, and the door. When the furnace door system is working, the cylinder moves and drives the transmission shaft to rotate. The transmission shaft drives the rod up and down through the fork, and the rod drives the oven door to flip to achieve the purpose of opening and closing.
When installing and repairing furnace doors, attention should be paid to:
The distance between the upper oven door frame and the upper surface of the ceramic roller shall not be less than 30mm, and the distance between the lower oven door frame and the upper surface of the ceramic roller shall not be less than 10mm;
Ensure that the cylinder drives the oven door to open flexibly without any jamming phenomenon occurring
Ensure that the upper oven door frame does not interfere with the roller conveyor and can be completely closed with the lower oven door frame when the oven door is closed.
