1.1 Silk made kevlar rope

This rope is made of aramid filament fiber, it has high abrasion resistant property and widely used by architectural glass manufacturers

1.2. Yarn made kevlar

This rope is made of aramid spun fiber, it has soft surface and widely used by auto glass manufacturers. It has higher performance to avoid scratch and crack on glass surface.

Where to use it:

1. Glass processing industry, especially used as quenching roller rope for glass tempering furnace, the kevlar rope is spirally wrapped onto glass tempering furnace quenching rollers for glass conveying. After heating, the glass come out to the quenching section and move to and pro on the rollers. Kevlar rope is wrapped on the rollers to prevent the glass which still hot from touching cold metal rollers which could cause crack and scratch on glass surface.
