How to adjust the photoelectric switch on glass tempering furnace?

The photo sensor is installed at the loading table of glass tempering furnace.

1. Adjust the position of the lower bracket of the photoelectric switch so that the receiving end of the photoelectric switch is basically aligned with the transmitting end.

2. After connecting the 24V power supply to the photoelectric switch, use glass for debugging. When there is no glass or obstacles in front of the photoelectric switch, both the red and green lights on the receiving end will light up;

When glass or obstacles are placed in front of the photoelectric switch, the green light on the receiving end lights up and the red light goes out.

The above conditions indicate that the photoelectric switch is working properly.

3. Place the glass at any position between the transmitting and receiving ends of the photoelectric switch for testing, and adjust its signal to meet the requirements of equipment action control; During the debugging process, if the signal stability of the photoelectric switch is poor, it can be adjusted appropriately through the sensitivity control knob of the photoelectric switch.
