1. Check the equipment:
Before loading, the conveyor rollers of loading table should be inspected and cleaned to keep the surface clean and avoid dirt sticking to the float glass sheet, thereby affecting the quality of the glass.
2. Check the float glass:
The factors that affect the quality of tempered glass include not only the glass tempering furnace itself, but also the quality of the float glass. The quality of float glass directly affects the quality of tempered glass.
If there are defects such as burrs or substandard edge grinding quality, they must not be brought into the furnace, otherwise glass cracking or pitting may occur.
3. Loading the glass:
When loading the glass, the glass tempering furnace should be paused and the glass should be placed steadily at the front of the loading table to ensure that the position of glass sheet is correct. At the same time, pls load the glass in the method of cross placement to avoid long-term high temperature in the middle of the roller conveyor and low temperature on both sides, which may cause "hot edge phenomenon".
4. Turn on the machine:
After the loading is finished, press the “Loading Over” button and wait for the glass to enter the furnace before continuing to place the next batch of glass.
Attention: The straight distance between each piece of glass should not be less than 40mm, and the distance from the heating furnace wall should not be less than 50mm. The total length and swing amplitude should not exceed the length of the wind grille, and excessive length installation is strictly prohibited. In addition, thin and small glass raw materials need to be placed with a larger spacing, while large and thick glass raw materials can be placed with a smaller spacing.
5. Stop machine:
Before shutting down the furnace, the glass loading should be stopped to avoid glass being trapped in the heating furnace after shutdown.
