What are the basic requirements for operators of glass tempering furnace?

1. Glass tempering furnace operators need to understand the working principles, technical parameters, and other aspects of the equipment.

2. Know well about the production process of glass tempering furnaces and operate strictly in accordance with the tempering process requirements of the machine manufacturer.

3. Operators must properly keep the equipment's user manual and relevant drawings and materials.

4. Operators must have relevant experience in safe operation of tempering furnaces and common knowledge in equipment maintenance, as well as a certain level of computer application knowledge.

5. Operators need to participate in the equipment manufacturer's operational skills training and pass relevant operational tests.

For Lever glass tempering furnace, after the machine arrive at the customer’s factory, we will send the engineer for installation and training. Now, on the market, there are many machine manufacturers hire the engineers from the customer’s country for the installation and training, but for most local technicians, they don’t know well for the glass tempering furnace from different manufacturer, so they can not make a perfect installation and training.

For Lever, we always send our own engineer for the installation and training to guarantee a high lever installation. As far as we know, most the problem was caused by the bad installation or insufficient training.

Our Installation & training period:

1. The installation and training is free of charge. After the machine(s) arrive at your workshop, we will send our engineer(s) to make the installation and training. But the buyer should bear the cost of round tickets for the above-mentioned engineers.

2. Installation and commissioning time: 15-25 days in the precondition of full spot installation preparation in Buyer’s factory, such as ground work, electric power, tools, the needed materials and 4-5 necessary workers as assistance.

3. Training period: the whole installation & commissioning period, and about 3-7 days after installation.

4. In order to make the work faster and better, during the installation & training period, the buyer should arrange one translator from Chinese to local language.
