What Is The Reason & Solutions When Glass Come To Unloading Table of Glass Tempering Furnace And Can Not Stop Automatically?

After heating and cooling, the glass will be transferred to the unloading table section of glass tempering furnace, but sometimes the glass will not stop automatically when it comes to unloading table and falling off.

If this problem happens, please check the following reasons:

1. The problem with the photoelectric switch (photo sensor) is that the sensing is not accurate and cannot sense the glass.

Solution:

1.1. Check the photoelectric switch (photo sensor) and replace it if there are any issues. Pls note that photoelectric switches (photo sensor) are all one transmitter and one receiver (in pairs), and the pairs need to be replaced at the same time.

1.2. maybe the glass is bent, causing the photoelectric switch (photo sensor) to not sense. However, this situation is relatively rare.

2. Encoder loose, unable to send pulse signal to PLC

Solution:

2.1. Check if the encoder of the heating furnace is working properly or not and if there is any looseness. Is the grounding shield wire of the encoder properly connected. If not connected properly, it will cause interference to the PLC signal.

2.2. Check the swing situation of the glass inside the quenching section and check the encoder of the quenching section transmission. If there is any looseness, please reinstall it; If there is any damage, please replace it.

2.3. Is the air pipe connection of the encoder loose? If there is any looseness, please reinstall it.

3. Internal parameter setting issues

Please check the parameter settings such as glass length. Is the glass set to be over long? The setting of the discharge distance is over long.

If the glass is in the wind grille section (quenching section) or lower segment and the distance exceeded is the same each time, internal parameters need to be adjusted. If the distance exceeded is different each time, the encoder should be checked.

4.The chain of the unloading table maybe too loose and the motor can not stop.

 Please check the chain and tighten it.
