How does the safety function of the glass tempering furnace work?

1. Emergency stop button is installed on the main control panel and operation control boxes of each section of the glass tempering furnace. In emergency situations, after pressing the emergency stop button, all transmissions will immediately stop and an alarm will sound. At the same time, the power supply to each transmission and control circuit will be cut off to ensure the safety of operators.

2.When the emergency stop function is executed, if the tempering furnace needs to be restarted after the fault is resolved, it must be reset through fault reset on the main control panel of the tempering furnace, otherwise the main power supply of each transmission circuit cannot be connected.

3.When the glass comes out of the cooling section, if the lifting frame in the unloading table is in the raised state, the safety function of the tempering furnace will control the lifting device to automatically fall down, preventing damage to the glass and equipment caused by operator negligence.
