1. If the tempering air pressure during the tempering cooling process is too low, it will cause a larger particle size. At this moment, we can increase the tempering air pressure by setting the tempering parameters, or appropriately reduce the height of the quenching to increase the tempering air pressure.
2. If the oven-exit temperature of glass is too low, it can also cause a larger particle size of tempered glass. At this moment, we can modify the tempering parameters, increase the set oven temperature or extend the heating time of the glass in the heating furnace, and increase the oven-exit temperature of the glass to meet the requirements for glass particle size.
