What are the reasons which may case inaccurate curvature of bent tempered glass for bent glass tempering furnace?

For the curved tempered glass, some time, after tempering, you find the curvature is not good or could not match to the mould plate. Pls check following methods for your reference.

1. The arcing mechanism of the curved quenching was not adjusted properly, resulting in inaccurate arcing of the quenching; At this point, we should readjust the arcing mechanism according to the standard arc template, so that the quenching could meets the arc requirements of the curved tempered glass.

2. If the temperature of the glass is too low when it is come out from the heating oven, it will cause inaccurate curvature of the bent glass during forming. In response to this situation, the tempering process parameters should be modified, and the heating time should be appropriately extended or the heating temperature should be increased to achieve the required discharge temperature of the glass.

3. The failure of the heating wire and thermocouple can also affect the control of furnace temperature, resulting in inaccurate glass oven-exit temperature and inaccurate curved tempered glass; At this moment, pls check whether the heating wire or thermocouple is working properly or not. If necessary, please replace the faulty furnace wire or thermocouple.

4. The open/close device inside the air way of bent quenching section is not tightly closed, resulting in air leakage, which leads to low wind pressure of the curved fan and inaccurate curvature of the curved glass during tempering. At this moment,pls check whether the open/close device is leaking air and seal it.
