But if you also want to temper 3mm glass, the machine should have more blowers to guarantee strong air pressure.

Heating power: about 330kw (without force convection system)

Blower power: 250Kw x 2 set+ 110Kw x 1 set

Other power: about 15 kw

Total installation power: about 845 Kw (the blowers for quenching section would not work at the same time as the blower for cooling section)

So you should check what is the glass thickness in your market and choose the suitable machine.

For some countries, such as UAE, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, etc, they have the very strict limit for the power capacity, for many customers, it is not easy to apply the bigger transformer, so when they choose the glass tempering furnace, they can not choose the jumbo size.

But for South Korea market, it is easy to get the big power transformer, so many customers choose the jumbo size, for example: 3300x6000mm; 3300x8000mm, etc.

So companies should consider the existing installed capacity of transformers in the factory and the possibility of expansion to choose suitable glass tempering furnace.

4. Equipment situation of competitors:

In the consideration of differentiated competition, when choosing to purchase a glass tempering furnace, it is generally larger than the size of the equipment of regional competitors.

For example, if your competitor has a 2440x3660mm glass tempering furnace, you can choose a bigger size, 2440x5000mm.

Or if the glass tempering machine from your competitors only could temper 4-19mm glass, you can buy a smaller glass tempering furnace, which mainly used to produce 3mm, 3.2mm and 3.5mm glass. We believe this could bring the good benefit for your investment.

If your competitor has a flat glass tempering furnace, at this moment, you can consider to buy a flat and bent glass tempering furnace. Of course, the important thing is, you should check your local market if there is demand for the bent tempered glass or not. If no demand for curved tempered glass, no need to buy a glass tempering furnace with bending section.
