1. First determine the distance of the lower quenching.
Move the lower limit switch, press the "Quenching Close" button to obtain the desired blowing distance of the lower quenching, and fix the limit switch.
2. Determine the distance of the upper quenching.
Press the “Quenching up & down” button directly to obtain the desired blowing distance, then move the upper limit switch to that position and fix it.
3. Arc adjustment of curved quenching
3.1. Set an appropriate arc-changing speed radius in the parameter table, which is the primary factor affecting the arc changing speed; Secondly, consider the thickness of the glass. If the glass is relatively thick, pls reduce the arc-changing speed appropriately.
3.2. Select the appropriate template according to the requirements of the task sheet.
3.3. Raise the arc adjustment spiral of the upper quenching to the same height, ensuring that the heights on both sides are consistent. Arc the upwind quenching. Ensure that its radius is less than or equal to the required radius and raise the upper quenching.
3.4. Press the "Increase arc" or "Decrease Arc" button to control the gap of the lower quenching adjustment slider, in order to determine the depth of the quenching after arc initiation.
3.5. Turn the downwind quenching into an arc, place the arc plate on the edge of the lower quenching, and move it left and right to compare the curvature of the quenching. If it does not match, repeat the adjustment of the lower quenching until the arc plate can fully match.
3.6. Maintain the arc changing state of the lower quenching, lower the upwind grille, unfold it completely in line with the lower quenching, and tighten the arc adjusting top wire of the upper quenching.
3.7. Flatten the upper quenching, then press the arc changing button to bend the lower quenching, and compare it with an arc plate for further inspection.
3.8. For automatic arc adjustment, simply input the calculated value and click on the arc adjustment button to adjust the lower queching to the correct position. Change the depth of the quenching by about 1mm by 10 different values.
