Powerful control system:
We use Schneider or Siemens PLC, and choose ADVANTECH or SIEMENS for the industrial control computer.
The computer could control the forming process of glass bending, also main technical parameters could be manually used and saved, which could ensure consistency among products for different batches.
Heater coils could realize precise segmentation control. And in main zones, the heating element could lift up/down for better heating.
The bending process control can be realized by RAYTEK far-infrared and non-contact thermometer, this could guarantee the outstanding optical property and consistent sphere.
