When adjusting the air quenching sections in the cooling section, the upper and lower air quenching sections should be opened and closed together. For the convenience of production, the lower air quenching sections in these two sections can be adjusted separately. When adjusting the blowing distance, the distance between the lower air quenching sections should be determined first, the lower limit position light eye should be moved, and the "air quenching section closing" button should be clicked to adjust to the desired position before fixing the light eye; The determination of the distance between the upper air quenching section can be directly adjusted by adjusting the lifting button of the upper air quenching section. After adjusting to the required blowing distance, fix the light eye.
Specific adjustment steps: Select the automatic or manual button on the wind barrier button box to the manual position, press and hold the wind barrier lifting button on the button box, adjust the wind barrier to the desired position, and record the wind barrier pulse value displayed on the computer lock. After inputting the recorded selling and recharging values into the computer, confirm and restore the wind barrier lifting button to the automatic position. The main method is to adjust the arc. The group should set the appropriate arc changing speed and radius in the parameter table, and then consider the thickness of the glass. If the glass thickness is thick, the arc changing speed should be appropriately reduced.
Adjustment method for upair quenching section: First, select a template that is close to the required radius, lift the arc adjustment screw of the upair quenching section to a certain height, maintain the same height on both sides, change the arc of the upair quenching section to ensure that the radius of the upair quenching section is less than or equal to the required radius, and then lift the upair quenching section. Press the "Increase Arc" or "Reduce Arc" buttons to control the gap of the lower air quenching section arc adjustment slider, in order to determine the depth of the air quenching section after arc initiation;
Adjustment method for downair quenching section: Turn the downair quenching section into an arc, place the arc plate on the edge of the downair quenching section, compare the curvature of the grille, and continuously adjust it to match. Lock the top wire of the upair quenching section's arc adjustment, and use the arc plate to compare and verify the accuracy before automatically adjusting the arc input value. During the adjustment process, if the depth of the air quenching section changes by 1 millimeter, 10 values need to be changed.
