1. Machine Application
LV-TFQ2442 flat glass tempering furnace is a special plant used to produce the flat and bent tempered glass and thermal strengthened glass, which mainly used in the fields of architecture (doors, windows), shower room, home appliance, garden fence, elevator, furniture, etc.
With force convection system, the Low-e glass could be processed, especially for soft (off-line) Low-e glass.

2.1. Loading section
2.2. Heating section (force convection system at top oven)
2.3. Flat tempering section (315 kw x 1 set blowers for 3.5mm glass)
2.4. Cooling section (110 kw x 1 set blowers)
2.5. Unloading section
2.6. Blower system (Taixin Brand, Taiwan; with Siemens Blower Inverter)
27. Electrical & control system (with Siemens PLC)
