Construction of the Furnace
Main frame of the oven consists of steel structured modules covered by steel sheets. Innersurfaces have been insulated with a 200-250 mm thick insulation materials.
In the inner sides of the oven there are transport wheels in two levels in order to carry the moldwagons.
Heating and bending track is on the upper level and the cooling track on the lower level.
Construction of the Mold Wagon
The wagon carrying the bending mold is a temperature resistant stainless steel construction with railson the lower edges matching the transport wheels on the sides of the furnace wall.The bottom of thewagon is open and it has been covered by steel mesh to enable bottom heating and to prevent theglass of dropping over the heaters.
