Technical description:
1. The multi heating zone design can shorten the heating cycles and ensure a ultra high optical properties of tempered glass.
2. All temperature zones designed from low temperature to high temperature, which could reduce the detects caused by temperature difference when glass enters the heating oven.
3. Multi acceleration mode is adopted, multiple independently driven acceleration zones can accelerate and decelerate synchronously. The glass position is automatically detected in the different heating zones for multiple synchronous acceleration to improve the glass quality.
4. Quick opening and closing system of quenching and cooling section to help quickly handle the emergency problems in quenching and cooling section.
5. The spacing of ceramic rollers is arranged at unequal intervals according to the thermal deformation of glass
