The temperature-setting of the pre-heating chamber has two types according to the glass type: for coated glass, such as Low-E glass, the temperature is about 450℃, in this way, there will be very small deformation of the glass in the pre-heating chamber. Also, in this chamber, there is the force convection system. This could guarantee the coated glass have the very small deformation and no scratch in this chamber. For the normal clear glass, the temperature is about 650℃, which could increase productivity to the maximum extent.
The cooling section consists of quenching section and cooling section, which could make the temperature of thick glass reach the normal temperature when it reaches unloading section. And the quench space and blower power of the quenching section and cooling section could be adjusted separately to save the energy consumption.
This furnace finds the best combination of processing high-quality coated glass (Low-E glass) and processing high capacity of ordinary glass. It is the trend in future.
Main Technical Features:
1. The pre-heating chamber has all the advantages of the force convection furnace.
2. The connecting parts of pre-heating chamber and chamber adopts semi-sealed insulation and isolation mode, which could reduce heat loss but also to avoid pollutants on the glass from the upper part.
3. During tempering process, the quench of quenching section could swing horizontally. There is no stress pattern on the glass after tempering.
