If you want to choose a glass tempering furnace to temper 3mm glass or less than 3mm, normally, the maximum glass size should be equal or less than 1700x4200mm. With the smaller size glass tempering furnace, the flatness and particl size for 3mm tempered glass could be 100% guaranteed. If you choose a bigger size furnace, the flatness and particle size can not guaranteed. But you can produce Heat strengthened glass (semi-tempered glass).
