The working principle of this kind of glass tempering furnace is, inside the top heating oven, there is installed the force convection system with high temperature fans. The force convection fans take the hot air from the oven, then send it to the ceramic blowing tubes through the high-temperature air ducts which at the top & side of oven. There are many air nozzles on the ceramic blowing tubes, the hot air is blew to the glass surface, then it was took by the high-temperature fans. The hot air blown to the glass upper surface (normally it is the film surface of the coated glass, such as Low-e glass) makes the heating faster, which could guarantee the coated glass being heated homogeneously to avoid any deformation &scratch during the heating process.
Also, because the hot air is always circled inside the oven, it makes the energy consumption lower and environmental protection.
Main Technical Features:
1. Heating oven has a helix matrix structure, the upper & lower heating zones consist of several matrix blocks. Each matrix block could be controlled separately by SSR, also its heating power could be adjusted separately. This design makes the temperature-control more accurate, and it is very convenient for the operators to make the fine-adjustment according to different glass.
2. Each matrix block has the separate thermocouples to measure the temperature. The temperature-measuring adopts the advanced modular centralized control which adopts 485 communication, this design could reduce the quantity of thermocouple connecting lines and makes the system have stronger anti-jamming capability, also it could improve the temperature-measuring accuracy & reliability to guarantee the homogeneous temperature in each zone.
3. The high-temperature fan is the split type air-cooling centrifugal fan which designed & manufactured by LEVER on the basis of many years’ experience. It has many advantages, such as the lower noise, small vibration, longer service life, easy maintenance, etc. since the fan is installed at the roof of oven, the fan impeller would not deform which could keep its dynamic balance not change in the hot situation.
4. The ceramic blowing tubes are installed at the above of ceramic rollers which would not oxidize, the proportion between the diameter of air nozzle and tubes is scientific. The tubes’ hanging and air-distribution system is reasonable. The tubes would not turn over during using which is very easy for maintenance.
5. Inside the top of oven, there is installed the ceramic radiation plates which could improve the heating efficiency and make the heating oven more clean to avoid the hard spot on the glass, also it could reduce the times for cleaning the oven.
6. The ceramic rollers driving adopts double belts which could guarantee the ceramic rollers running synchronously & reliably. This design could avoid the scratch during glass moving on the rollers and decrease 50% failure rate during the rollers transmission
7. After glass enters heating oven, the frequency and blowing time of the high-temperature fans could be set separately, which is suitable for processing different kind of glass.
