1. Glass-broken inside heating oven
During the production process, especially when tempered thick glass it is common for the glass to explode inside the furnace. Once this occurs, please stop the main driving system immediately and manually shake the glass out of the furnace. Then raise the upper part of heating furnace, clean the broken glass inside the furnace, and clean the broken glass which slag onto the ceramic rollers.
2. Abnormal main transmission
If there is an abnormality in the main transmission during the production process, it is usually due to an encoder or chain abnormality. This also requires removing the glass from the heating furnace and checking the encoder and chain transmission.
3. Power offer
During the running of glass tempering furnace, if power off, please quickly shake the glass out of the heating furnace. If glass sticks to the ceramic roller, gently lift it with a wooden board and do not hit the glass with force. If the glass can not be removed, it must be cooled immediately. After cooling down, remove the glass from the ceramic roller.
4. Computer crashes
During the production process, sometimes computers may crash, and there are two situations: one is when the glass just entered the heating furnace and the main drive stops rotating, which is usually due to the glass being too long or the encoder detect the glass over long; One situation is the heating time not count. The solution is to shake the glass out of the heating furnace immediately, turn off the power, and restart the computer.
5. Abnormal heating system
It usually occurs when the heating control system fails, which causing the temperature over high. At this moment, pls shut off the power and open the cone valve, manually maintain the rotation of the ceramic roller, and notify maintenance personnel to conduct a comprehensive inspection of the equipment.
6. The furnace door not open, and glass can not come out
The possible reason is the air compressor (compressed air supply) has something wrong, which makes the rear furnace door not open. Pls go to the oven roof, and manually open the rear furnace door, and quickly make the glass out from the heating furnace to prevent any glass ticking to the ceramic rollers. If time is tight, you can open the cooling cone valve and raise the upper part of the heating furnace, stop rotating, and manually shake out the glass inside the heating furnace. Then pls check the valves, etc.
