In the production process of tempered glass, some conditions are usually happened. The reasons for these are analyzed as follows, it will be helpful to tempering furnace manufacturers.

1. If the glass breaks during the quenching period in the air grille after it is released from the furnace, it means that the heating temperature is too low or the heating time is too short, causing the residual stress in the original piece not to be completely removed, or the surface temperature of the glass causes the glass to break. If the glass Sudden explosion during the cooling stage is due to excessive wind pressure or defective raw materials. Caused by excessive drilling on the glass and defects around the holes.

2. If waves appear on the surface of the glass after cooling, it is caused by the furnace temperature being too high, the heating time being too long, or the glass raw material itself having corrugated ribs due to poor quality.

3. There are pits on the glass surface, which can be divided into two situations:

a. If the pitting is star-shaped, it is due to normal occurrence in the initial production stage of a new furnace or because there is dirt on the ceramic surface and the lower surface of the glass is not clean, or the surface of the cooling roller of the curved air grille is not clean.

b. If the pitting looks like dense orange peel, it is because the surface temperature of the glass is too high after it comes out of the furnace, and the surface temperature of the tempered thick glass entering the furnace and the ceramic roller is too high.

4. The central part of the glass shows a white haze or changes in its optical aspects. This is a common situation that occurs during the first few furnaces of glass production. This is because the surface temperature of the ceramic roller is too high and the interval between entering the furnace is too long. , the lower temperature is set too high and the heat balance blowing pressure is too low. The main reason is that the heat released by the roller has a greater effect on the glass than the heat released by the heating element, causing the edge of the glass to first bend upward in the heating furnace, thus causing It is caused by too much friction between the roller and the middle part of the glass.

Pls attention that the above conditions are all analyzed from a process perspective without considering the defects of the equipment itself.
