What is the reason for the white line appearing in the middle of tempered glass?

1. The ceramic roller level of the glass tempering furnace has not been adjusted properly, and the overall level of the equipment should be checked.

2. The ceramic rollers are not synchronized or jumping, the radial run out of the transmission system and the ceramic rollers should be checked.

3. The thermal balance is too small (if there is thermal balance system for the glass tempering furnace, for Lever normal radiation glass tempering furnace, it is equipped with this thermal balance system which use compressed air), the pressure of the thermal balance should be appropriately increased and the opening time of the thermal balance should be extended.

4. The heating temperature at the lower part of the heating section is too high, and the lower heating temperature should be adjusted to meet the heating needs of tempered glass.

5. The swing speed of glass in the heating furnace is too fast, so the swing speed should be reduced and appropriate parameters should be set.
