Scope of application
This series of fans is mainly suitable for various furnace types that require uniform temperature inside the furnace, improve production and quality, and generally have air ducts inside the furnace.
Such as solid solution furnaces and aging furnaces for aluminum alloy components, various annealing furnaces, drying furnaces, sintering furnaces, flower baking furnaces, etc.

Technical Features
1.This series of centrifugal hot air circulation fans is a new type of special thermal cycle equipment with advantages such as strong convection, compact structure, high efficiency, low energy consumption, stable operation, and long service life;
2.The internal part of the fan furnace is made of high-temperature resistant materials corresponding to the furnace temperature, which can continuously and reliably operate in a furnace temperature environment of ≤ 850 ℃. Type A direct connection is driven by high-temperature air-cooled motors or fully sealed water-cooled specialized motors with higher safety. It can also be driven by D-type couplings or C-type pulley drives;
3.Easy overall installation, disassembly and maintenance. Inject 7019-1 (2) type extreme pressure composite lithium grease into the bearing regularly (30-40 days/time);
4. This series of fans can be optionally equipped with volutes or guide rings according to customer needs.
