1. Heating element inside the furnace: Glass tempering furnaces usually use electric heating elements, such as electric heating wires or electric heating tubes, which generate high-temperature heat energy.
2. Convective heat transfer of air inside the furnace: The heating element transfers heat energy to the air inside the furnace, causing its temperature to rise. The heated hot air will generate thermal convection, which is a circulating flow formed between the rising hot air and the falling cold air.
3. Hot air rise: The density of hot air is lower, so it will be relatively light and rise to the top of the furnace.
