The glass tempering furnace may encounter various problems during production and operation, but we may not be clear about the specific reasons or even know how to solve them. It is possible that there may be faults through the alarm sound provided by the equipment or the flashing text on the operation screen when the fault occurs. 1. Optoelectronic failure of glass tempering furnace feeding

1.1. Fault phenomenon

There is a photoelectric transceiver on the loading table, which is used to detect the operating status inside the front glass tempering furnace. When the glass tempering furnace starts to operate, the voice alarm or screen alarm text will display "photoelectric fault", which may have the following reasons.

1.2. Cause of malfunction

(1) There may be glass or other obstacles detected on the photoelectric path of the feeding table;

(2) Abnormal photoelectric emission and reception upon entry;

(3) The incoming photoelectric emission and reception are not on the same plane;

(4) Abnormal optoelectronic power supply during chip insertion;

3. Solution

(1) Remove obstacles or glass from the photoelectric path of the incoming film, and maintain the connection between the transmitting and receiving detection signals.

(2) Check if the photoelectric emission and reception function of the incoming film is normal. If it is not normal, contact maintenance personnel for maintenance and adjustment.

  

(3) Adjust the distance and height between the photoelectric emission and reception signals, so that the photoelectric emission and receiver are at the same frequency. Sometimes, it may be due to the equipment running for too long or the signal receiver being loose, so just adjust it.

2. Other faults and solutions of the feeding table

2.1. No response during operation

(1) Fault phenomenon: When the film feeding jog button is turned on, the film feeding roller does not move and there is no response during operation.

(2) Cause of malfunction: The system may not be running; the drive switch of the feeding table is not turned on; the feeding jog button or circuit may have malfunctioned.

(3) Solution: Start the system and adjust the power supply of the feeding table to the "on" state. If the first two items cannot be resolved after confirmation, check whether the feeding jog button and circuit are normal.

2.2. Keep going in front of the glass furnace

(1) Fault phenomenon: When the glass is being fed into the furnace, pressing the jog button will cause the glass to run to the front door position without stopping, directly hitting the front door or not entering the furnace.

(2) Cause of malfunction: It may be that the input photoelectric device is not functioning properly, production is not started or an alarm is issued.

(3) Solution: Check the incoming photoelectric device to ensure it is functioning properly; check if the photoelectric emission and reception function is normal; after power-off, click twice on the logic start button to release the alarm, and the logic start circuit is faulty.

2.3. Reverse operation

(1) Fault phenomenon: When pressing the button on the remote control, there is a reverse situation, such as pressing the back button to move forward. The upper arm can be flipped up but not down, or it can be flipped down but not up on the remote control. Other button operations are normal, except for the up and down flipping keys which lose function.

(2) Cause of malfunction: It may be caused by relay damage or overload operation, or it may be a malfunction of the vacuum pump.

(3) Solution: Input power supply in wrong phase, replace any two power supply terminals, check the corresponding relays or replace them. If the current and voltage are too low or too high, the turbine and worm gear may lack oil and cause overload, press the red button at the bottom left of the frequency converter to restore normal operation. Check if the vacuum pump is working normally, if there is any air leakage in the air circuit, and if the plane formed by the suction cup is not parallel to the glass surface
