1.5. Check if the indicator lights on each control panel and screen door are functioning properly, and if the indicator index is normal.
1.6. It is necessary to check whether the foot switch of the tempering furnace is sensitive.
1.7. Check if there are any issues with the emergency brake buttons of the glass tempering furnace during testing.
1.8. Check if all the photoelectric switches and encoders of the glass tempering furnace are loose, misaligned, and if the working signals are normal.
2. Weekly inspection of glass tempering furnace
2.1. Clean the surface dust and debris of the photoelectric switch with lens paper.
2.2. Check if the control wiring inside the glass tempering furnace cabinet is loose, detached, or short circuited.
2.3. Test the heating wire connection of the glass tempering furnace for looseness, adhesion, or overheating.
2.4. Check if each operating component is sensitive, if there are any abnormal noises, and if the contacts are normal.
2.5. Check if all switches of the glass tempering furnace can operate normally.
2.6. Use a vacuum cleaner to clean the dust and debris inside the electrical cabinets and boxes of the glass tempering furnace.
2.7. Check and test whether the fan of the frequency converter of the tempering furnace can work properly, and clean the dust at the air inlet.
3. Inspection work of quarterly glass tempering furnaces
3.1. Check the continuity of the solid-state relay in the control cabinet of the glass tempering furnace and replace it according to the real-time situation.
3.2. It is necessary to test and record the static resistance and heating current of each heating unit to check if they are within the normal range.
3.3. Test and inspect the thermocouples of the glass tempering furnace, and replace them according to the real-time situation.
3.4. All mechanical and induction limit switches of the glass tempering furnace shall be tested and replaced according to real-time conditions.
4. Annual inspection work of glass tempering furnace
4.1. Test the protective grounding resistance of the glass tempering furnace, reset and connect it under certain conditions.

5. Maintenance of Glass Tempering Furnace
5.1. Glass warps upwards
When the balance of air pressure is within the range of rapid cooling, the bottom temperature of the heating furnace should be increased. However, if the temperature setting of the heating furnace is correct, the blowing amount at the top can be increased and the blowing amount at the bottom needs to be reduced for correction.
5.2. Glass bends downwards
When the balance of air pressure is within the range of rapid cooling, the bottom temperature of the heating furnace should be reduced. However, if the temperature setting of the heating furnace is correct, the blowing amount at the top can be reduced and the blowing amount at the bottom needs to be increased for correction.
5.3. Glass edge warped up or down
Increase the furnace temperature in the middle by changing the temperature profile. By changing the heat balance pressure and adjusting the air convection inside the furnace, the glass is kept straight and the heating time is increased.
