Different local market demand:

we should give the customer’s suitable size according to their local market demand on maximum glass size, glass thickness, Low-e glass processing or not.

Different altitude of customer’s factory:

We should choose the suitable air pressure air volume of blower for the cooling section according to the altitude.

Different power supply:

We should choose the suitable electrics, motors, and design the heating elements according to different power supply.

For the power supply, the popular is 380V; 400V; 415V; 440V, with 50Hz or 60Hz.

Different workshop:

We could give the suggestion for the blower location according to the customer’s workshop.

For example, we could put the blower at the top of quenching section of glass tempering furnace, this could save the place. But if the customer has enough place, we could put the blower at the outside of workshop to reduce the noise sound.
