This glass tempering furnace is used to make the tempered glass with jumbo size, such as 3300x6500mm. This size is very popular in South Korea market, most customer choose this size for their glass tempering furnace. With this size, the glass thickness is 5-25mm, and it needs one set of blower (315KW).
With force convection system at heating oven, this tempering furnace could temper Low-e glass with double and triple coating layers, and the E value could be 0.01.
This glass tempering furnace also could produce fireproof tempered glass
