How to use dry Ice Dew Point Test Instrument for IG Unit (Portable Type):
1. Input about 25mm ethyl alcohol or acetone into this dew point test instrument, then add the dry ice to make the temperature down to -40℃. Then turn on the digital thermometer, and put the digital thermometer inside the glass tube, and observe the temperature of dew point test instrument. During the whole testing process, Pls keep adding the dry ice into the glass tube to keep the temperature at the level of -40℃.
2. Pour little ethyl alcohol or acetone onto the testing sample surface, then keep the dew point test instrument touch with the testing sample surface for 3 minutes.
Remove the dew point test instrument, and observe there is any dewpoint or frosting onto the inner surface of glass testing sample immediately.
