How to reduce the optical distortion of tempered glass?

After tempered by glass tempering furnace, glass will undergo certain optical changes, especially when installed on the curtain wall, there will be optical distortion.

We can take some methods to reduce the optical deformation of curtain wall glass:

1. Improve the flatness requirements of tempered glass and reduce its degree of deformation.

2. When installing curtain wall glass, ensure the uniformity of pressure around the glass and reduce its local deformation.

3. Improve the verticality of curtain wall glass installation.

4. Reduce the area of the curtain wall glass and increase its thickness.
