3. Pls set the appropriate heating temperature and heating time, and the heating temperature should not be too high. High temperature and long-term heating should not be adopted to improve the yield. The surface of the ceramic roller will form dense pits, and the white dots on the glass surface are adhered from the surface of the ceramic roller;
4. Once any pits are found on the surface of the glass (except for reasons such as unclean air grates, excessively high furnace temperature, or prolonged time), the ceramic roller table must be cleaned in a timely manner;
5. When there are protrusions on the ceramic roller surface, you can polish the ceramic roller with a water sandpaper with a mesh size of 400 or more. After polishing, the ceramic roller should be cleaned to prevent the polished powder from adhering to the surface of the ceramic roller. The white cloth used for soaking carbon tetrachloride is preferably made of pure cotton and soft material that does not shed hair. When wiping the ceramic roller table, it is necessary to be careful and careful, and do not use a mop for rough operation;
6. If distilled or purified water is used to clean the ceramic roller table of the tempering furnace, it should be noted that the moisture on the surface of the ceramic roller table will not evaporate quickly. It is strictly prohibited to rapidly heat up the surface of the ceramic roller table with water, and it should be avoided that this will have a negative impact on the ceramic roller table.
