1. The causes of noise in glass tempering furnaces

(2) Use a soundproof cover and use square tubes as a frame inside the soundproof cover, with sound-absorbing and soundproof panels laid on top to weaken the propagation of sound.

(3) Set up a plate type muffler (noise reduction device) at the upper part of the glass tempering furnace, install sound insulation doors at appropriate positions in the factory, set up noise reduction air inlet ventilation and noise reduction louvers on the tempering furnace assembly line, and install axial flow fans inside the air inlet to force air intake and heat dissipation, maintaining good ventilation and heat dissipation conditions in the production workshop.

(1) Ventilation and noise reduction louvers: Made of galvanized sheet, the radiation range that can attenuate noise can be reasonably set. The microporous piston type sound absorption resonator set below the blades is used to absorb noise, solving the ventilation problem inside the sound insulation hood and meeting the noise emission standards.

(2) Sound absorption and soundproofing board: The main material of the soundproofing room is composed of soundproofing board (galvanized steel plate), anti resonance frame, sound-absorbing material, industrial galvanized perforated sound-absorbing board and other main materials, which can provide sound insulation and support reuse, and have a beautiful appearance and good sealing effect.

(3) Plate type silencer: Made of galvanized perforated sound-absorbing plate, the plate spacing meets the needs of heat dissipation and noise leakage control through reasonable layout.
