For this fireproof glass tempering furnace, the most important part is the blowers, which should be very strong. We use tri-turbo fan.
Triturbo fan is a new type of ventilation fan designed based on impeller ternary flow theory, combined with the optimization algorithm of three-dimensional flow field CFD simulation.
After the fan is ternary optimized, the blade surface load distribution is more uniform, the loss in the air flow is reduced, and the adverse effects of various airflow disturbances on the aerodynamic performance are minimized, thus improving the fan efficiency, reducing energy consumption, reducing the impeller size and weight and reducing the operating noise.
