1.1. Preparation before operation of glass tempering furnace

It is also necessary to check whether other related work is qualified, prepare for film arrangement, film collection, etc., and then understand the content of production on duty, prepare the necessary shelves, packaging supplies, etc. Check the preparation status of tempered glass to see if there are any quality issues. If there are quality issues, it may cause phenomena such as furnace explosion. Therefore, problematic glass cannot be put into the furnace.

1.2. The basic process of glass tempering furnace

(1) Temperature control

The temperature required for tempering requires rapid and uniform heating of the glass to ensure that the temperature difference in each part reaches a very small value, which is basically consistent. The thicker the glass, the lower the temperature it adapts to. According to theory, the heating time for glass is generally 40=50 seconds for a thickness of 1 millimeter. Of course, different devices use different heating times to reach the temperature of tempered glass.

(2) Air cooling operation

In the process of tempering, air is the cooling medium, which cools the glass evenly and quickly. After being subjected to wind pressure, it is rapidly cooled for a certain period of time to lower the temperature of the glass to the point where tempered glass can be formed. Of course, the cooling wind pressure plays a cooling role on tempered glass.

2.1. When using the computer of the glass tempering furnace control system, it is necessary to have a dedicated person operate it, and other personnel are prohibited from operating the computer to adjust parameters without authorization.

2.2. The size of the glass processed in the tempering furnace should meet the processing capacity of the furnace, and it is prohibited to be too large or too small to prevent damage to the equipment.

2.3. When adjusting the curvature of the glass, it is necessary for some personnel to operate the computer, which can avoid erroneous operations and cause injury to personnel.

2.4. When lifting the upper wind grille, careful operation is required to prevent the chain from being pulled off. If someone needs to work under the upper wind grille, a dedicated iron pin needs to be inserted into the safety socket before entering to ensure safety.

2.5. When adjusting components such as chains, sprockets, gears, and cleaning debris, the vehicle should be stopped before starting work. It is prohibited to operate with hands while the components are rotating.

2.6. If there is a sudden power outage that causes the main drive to stop, manually remove the glass from the furnace and keep the ceramic rollers rotating to avoid damaging them.

2.7. During the operation of the glass tempering furnace, it is necessary to inspect the operation of each component. Need to check: whether the temperature displayed on the temperature display page is normal; Check if the main transmission is normal, open the furnace door and observe if the color inside the furnace is normal, etc.

2.8. When lifting the furnace body to clean the ceramic roller conveyor, safety pins must be inserted and corresponding safety measures must be taken before entering the furnace for work.

2.9. If there is a mechanical failure in the glass tempering furnace, it is necessary to stop the machine for inspection and repair in a timely manner. If it cannot be solved, maintenance personnel need to be notified to handle it.
