Application fields for different quenching sections:

Special features:
1. Gapless forced convection fan system used at top oven
Overall optimized fan forced convection system, it could make the glass heating even and faster, which could obviously improve the quality of finished tempered glass. Simple structure, easy for maintenance.
2. Specially designed for upper and bottom air nozzels, plus lateral swing of upper and bottom chillers, which could bring the lighter and more even anisotropy for industry leading quality worldwide.
3. Strong and reliable triturbo blower system.
The big blower fan is from North glass, we use the same big blower as North glass. The new blower designed by applying three dimentional flow technology to 3D impeller, improves the fan efficiency to Grade 1 energy efficiency for better performances of energy saving and noise reducing.
4. Different bent type could be made
Our furnace could be designed to produce different type bent tempered glass. Different bending section could be combined.
5. Standard symmetrical heating technology
The upper and lower heating control zones are designed symmetrically with optimized heating power ratio, plus matched PID parameters, to achieve symmetrical glass heating effects.
6. Smooth heating current, faster reaction, stronger anti-interference ability, more accurate and stable heating temperature control.
7. Intelligent heating control module
The independent intelligent heating control module, enable a precise and stable heating control.
8. Layered insulation technology
Different insulation materials are laid in staggered layers, and the insulation materials with better insulation performance in the corresponding temperature rang are preforably selected to achieve energy saving and consumption reduction.
9. Concave & convex bending and tempering technology with flexible rollers
The convex bending can be added to the standard concave bending, which could meet different forming needs from different bent type.
