1、 Adjustments required before debugging

Before officially starting the equipment debugging, we need to determine whether the status of the glass tempering furnace meets the work requirements.

1. The glass tempering furnace needs to be installed and lubricated and lubricated to the specified position.

2. Ensure that the transmission system of the glass tempering furnace is flexible, noise free, and well protected.

3. Ensure that the electrical system of the glass tempering furnace is well connected, grounded, and insulated.

4. Keep all parts of the glass tempering furnace, such as the roller conveyor and air grille, level.

5. The air duct system operates well, with good sealing. The air duct and fan are firmly fixed, running smoothly, and there is no abnormal noise.

6. Check if the fasteners are loose and if the motor is flexible when turned by hand; The high-temperature convection fan water cooling system is intact and reliable.

2、 Temperature adjustment method for glass tempering furnace

Set different heating temperatures based on the thickness of the glass. The specific principle is that the thickness of the glass is inversely proportional to the heating temperature. The thinner the glass, the higher the heating temperature, and the thicker the glass, the lower the temperature. The general heating temperature ranges from 660 ℃ to 730 ℃. Due to differences in raw materials, specific softening points, color, and thickness, we need to consider and repeatedly summarize when debugging the tempering furnace, especially for glass materials that have no previous production experience.

The process of temperature adjustment needs to be summarized based on the status of the glass product, such as the occurrence of breakage in the rapid cooling section indicating insufficient heating time, and the occurrence of ripples or spots indicating excessive heating time.

  

3、 Debugging method for heating power of glass tempering furnace

Heating power refers to the heating capacity of the tempering furnace. The heating methods for the upper and lower sections of the tempering furnace are different. The upper part relies on radiation, while the lower part relies on heat conduction and radiation for heating.

In actual production, glass will curl when heated. As the upper temperature gradually radiates to the surface of the glass, the glass will gradually flatten, and the entire process takes about 1 minute. If the glass curls too much after being fired, there may be a white mark or light distortion. At this time, the lower power can be reduced to lower the surface temperature of the roller conveyor, or the stage curling can be reduced. If the glass breaks, the power needs to be gradually increased, which is also a process that needs to be continuously tried in the production process.
