Silicone vacuum bags consists of (each set):
Top Silicone Sheet
Bottom Silicone Sheet
Locker
Silicone Tubes
Silicone or Metal nozzles
During processing production, the top and bottom silicone sheet was locked together and forms a bed type. And their edges are embedded to each other and formed to a sealed room, this is useful for vacuuming. It is easy to lock the edges and corners, but is for the new silicon vacuum bag, maybe it take a little long timer for the lock, and some time, you could use a hammer to fix them well. But after some time, it is easy to lock them. The edges/corners are specially designed and adjusted, for example, the locking strength will grow bigger when the vacuum pressure becomes higher. Even the vacuum silicon bag is sealed tightly, but unlocking and opening for edges/corners are easy after vacuuming processing is finished..
