At the same time, the different types of glass tempering line require different winding conditions and adjustment, making the winding efficiency low.

There is an existing aramid kevlar rope fixed-distance spiral winding device for roller conveyors. This device supports the two ends of the roller conveyor to be wrapped with supporting bearings so that it can rotate freely, and fixes the starting end of the aramid kevlar rope to the roller conveyor. The starting end of the device is then passed through the aramid kevlar rope and fastened to the roller to be wound for winding. The disadvantage of this device is that the winding model is too single, and the installation and fastening methods on both sides make the installation more complicated and troublesome, and it cannot achieve the effect of standard automation.

This aramid rope winding equipment can be adjusted by setting two clamps, and different types of workpieces can be installed at will.
