Aluminium wheels wrapped with kevlar rope for soft roller shaft bending section of bent glass tempering furnace

For the bending section of glass tempering furnace, there are two types, one is the hard roller type with lengthwise bending, and one is soft roller type with crosswise bending. For this aluminium wheels wrapped with kevlar rope is used for soft roller shaft type. it is installed onto the soft roller shaft to support the glass when the glass comes to the bending section of glass tempering furnace. It could be installed or replaced one by one or whole replaced with the soft shaft.
