Stop the tempering furnace only when there is no glass inside the furnace body and air grille.
1.2. Method and steps for shutting down a tempering furnace:
Turn off the electric heating of the tempering furnace, open the top of the furnace for rapid cooling, and allow the tempering furnace to naturally cool down. At this time, do not open the tempering furnace door and keep the rollers running at a slow speed. When the furnace temperature drops below 300 degrees, open the furnace door and gradually separate the furnace body with a gap of 10-20MM each time to cool it down.
2. Cleaning method for glass tempering furnace
The roller conveyor of the film entry platform should be cleaned daily, otherwise dust can easily be carried into the tempered glass furnace and contaminate the ceramic roller conveyor inside the tempered glass furnace.
