What is the service life time for a glass tempering furnace machine?

About the lifetime of glass tempering machine, as you know, other than the machine quality, it also largely depends on the right operation and good maintenance. The user should operate the machine and make the maintenance regularly according to the user’s guide and other acknowledged operation & maintenance. Also, the user should change the easy-damaged parts regularly.

For us, our company founded on 1999 and started the machine production from that, now, some of our customer still use the machine manufactured at that time. Till now, it is about 25 yeas. Also, in Korea, we installed one machine in 2002, and now, this machine still worked

So about the machine liftetime, we could not give you the exact time, but we could say our first machine still work now.

But frankly speaking, for the old tempering furnace, the energy consumption or power consumption is bigger because of the old technology. And for the latest glass tempering furnace, it has lower energy consumption and better tempered glass quality.
