1. Place a flat glass on a horizontal mold;
2. Lay several layers of EVA film on the flat glass;
3. Place another piece of flat glass;
4. Cover the end with a release film, fix the position with pressure-sensitive tape, and lay a breathable felt at the edges of the flat glass to prevent the vacuum bag from being punctured;
5. Cover the flat glass with a vacuum bag and seal the vacuum bag with a sealing strip;
6. Install the vacuum valve and connect the vacuum pipe with a quick connector;
7. Vacuum pumping;
8. Heat to 120-130 ℃ in an oven and keep warm;
9. Cool to room temperature and remove the laminated glass from the oven;
10. Remove demolding film, breathable felt, and vacuum bag;
11. Place the laminated glass into a hot press jar, heat and apply pressure, and press the laminated glass to the required thickness;
The purpose of using release film during the manufacturing process is:
1. Prevent the film from melting and sticking to the vacuum bag, prevent the film from being partially torn off during demolding, improve the appearance of the product, and facilitate demolding;
2. After the film melts, it can overflow in an appropriate amount, but the overflow amount will not be too much, keeping the glass edge flat.
