The special silicone bag panel for the glass industry is a key component for the glass vacuum lamination furnace which produced by our company according to market needs.
The glass vacuum lamination furnace is used to heat the glass under vacuum conditions, and uses atmospheric pressure to compress the glass inside the vacuum bag and eliminate air, making it unable to produce bubbles.
The vacuum silicone bag is a special equipment that heats two or several pieces of glass, EVA, PVB (or other films) together while heating and vacuuming. The vacuum bag is the core component of the glass vacuum lamination furnace, and the quality directly affects the quality of the glass product.
Currently, there are three main types of vacuum chamber components for heat strengthening furnaces on the market: one is the silicon vacuum bag, which has two silicone panels+a mountain shaped mother bar. Another type is a silicone panel supplemented with wooden strips, chains, or irregular sealing strips to form a vacuum chamber. Another type is a silicone panel on the top cover and tempered glass on the bottom.
Our company produces silicone panels with a width of up to 4000mm without the need for splicing, a thickness of 2-5mm, and a length that can be made of any length with uniform thickness. Our company is the only one that has measured that silicone panels have different tensile strength, tear strength, elongation at break, and lifespan at different temperatures. The specific parameters are as follows
Colors: transparent, blue, red
Thickness: 2mm, 3mm, 4mm
Width: Maximum non spliced 4000mm
Grade | Tensile strength | Tear strength | Hardness | Elongation | Color | Surface |
Normal | 6.5MPa | 26N/mm | 55 Shore A | 450% | White, Blue, Red | smooth |
Mid tear resistance | 8.0MPa | 32N/mm | 55 Shore A | 650% | White, Blue, Red | smooth |
High tear resistance | 9.5MPa | 40N/mm | 55 Shore A | 750% | White, Blue, Red | smooth |
