2. If the kevlar ropes wrapped around the rollers of the cooling section of the tempering equipment is damaged or there is foreign matter, the steel rollers on the tempering section will scratch the surface of the glass when the glass moves. At this time, we must replace the damaged kevlar ropes and clean up the foreign matter in time.

3. When the door of the heating furnace fails, it will also cause damage to the surface of the glass. The door is not fully opened or foreign matter contacts the surface of the glass. At this time, we should check the fault of the door and adjust the opening height of the door.

4. When the heating heaters or thermocouples on the upper part of the heating furnace falls off, it will also cause scratches on the surface of the glass to varying degrees. If this is the case, we must stop the furnace to repair the failed heating heaters or thermocouples.
